Be Gentle. Speak softly. Say please.
Make requests, not demands. Make
suggestions, not corrections. If someone
has harsh words for you, keep peace in
your heart. Answer them kindly and
share your peace with them. In the midst
of noise and unrest, remember that angry
people are hurting people. Soothe them
with sweetness and love. Be sympathetic.
